Steven's race calls
I call a race once the votes counted so far make the outcome clear, using the same model behind my early vote analysis. These are my projections, not official results.

How I call races. A call means the candidate's lead is large enough that the votes still to be counted are very unlikely to overturn it, given where those votes come from. Tested on past Harris County elections, this method made no wrong calls. If a call ever turns out wrong, it stays on this page marked as retracted.
Calls cover Texas statewide races, Harris County and the Houston area. Official results: Harris County Elections and the Texas Secretary of State.
